Rappin' on Racin' Racer's Reunion
Saturday May 9, 2015 from 12-4 PM 

The Reunion is at the Heidelberg Volunteer Fire Hall

The festivities will start at Noon and continue until 4:00 p.m.
 

New this year local motorsports photographer Bill Truby will have his P.I.D. Drag Racing Photo Display and will be taking pictures of the afternoon activities.

The program will feature a PowerPoint presentation created by Bob Miller. The PowerPoint features all the attendees from previous years.
 The program will include racing films from the local speedways.

John Stasiak from Morgantown WV will display his racing photos from the early 1950's up to the late 1980's
 In addition to the John Stasiak collection there were over 20 albums from the Dave Burt Collection, Motordrome 70 Speedway Memorabilia and some special items from Blackie Watt and Herb Scott. 

Jimmy Poljak and Yuengling "America's Oldest Brewery" 
will provide the beer for the festivities. Dave Kohler will introduce all the new attendees. 

Gary Scott from Main Street Music will provide the sound system.

Dave Kohler will pay tribute to the deceased racers from last year.

Rappin' on Racin' Back on the Air for 31st Year!
Pittsburgh, PA - Rappin' on Racin' the popular weekly motorsports program is broadcast on the MSA Sports Network and over the World Wide Web 24/7 celebrates 31 years on the air. 

Listeners get the latest breaking motorsports news. The show features special guests, local track reports, driver interviews and open phone lines. Weekly reports include dirt and asphalt racing from Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia, plus the All-Stars, Fastrak, IHRA, Indy Car, LUCAS, NDRL, NHRA, NASCAR, RUSH and the World of Outlaws. 

Rappin' on Racin' has been on the air since 1984 and is the leader in motorsports coverage as new listeners tune in for all the latest motorsports news.  Jack Crowell, inducted into the Lernerville Speedway Hall of Fame!!
Sarver, PA (April 30, 2012)  The Crowell homestead has been in Patton PA for 64 years. Jack grew up in Patton and started working at #1 Cochran Automotive 35 years ago. He recently retired and now finds time to return home for some fishing and relaxation.

The Lernerville Speedway Annual Awards Banquet officially kicked off what promises to be another action packed season in 2012. Emceed by track announcer Dow Carnahan, the banquet commenced with a variety of awards celebrating the achievements of the 2011 season. Jack Crowell of #1 Cochran awarded Rich Grossman and Rob Kepple of Diehl Auto Group with the prestigious Bob Cochran Sponsorship Award. MORE
